Job description:Semi-detached house - Need back and side painting. (2 coats) Have all required paint. Also white gloss required on one long fascia (about 7m) and one small fascia (1m) - will need sanding first (also a couple of small holes in rendering could do with filling whilst decorator up ladders if possible!)
