Job description:Existing wall paper on property built in 2002 to be removed and replaced, difficult for us to reach above stairs. White gloss skirting, frames and doors in good condition but been slightly overpainted in previous decoration and could do with refresh. Ceiling may need some small work eg where screws pushed out skim and repainting plus coving has gaps in corners. Also one radiator cover to repaint.
