Job description: old council house,tennant who had been in for 15 years treated as his own left it in very very very bad state need all interior rooms painted in a magnolia/cream asap for as cheap as poss. just need it painted as I clean it out so I can sell it as can no longer afford mortgage on 2 properties 3 bedrooms aprox 10 x 12 hall stairs and landing and downstairs livingroom and dining , 12x10 and 10 x 11
