Job description:Painting of kitchen and utility area in a standard Bolton terraced house. Painting of newly plastered ceiling in the kitchen area. Painting within the kitchen on wallpaper and up one side of the staircase. As the kitchen is covered mainly by units and a window at one end – the total wall area of painting probably equates to 2 walls; and ceiling. The utility area is also quite small Paint will be supplied but the painter should have their own dust / drip sheets and brushes inc. ladder to reach the ceiling etc.
