Job description:The house is a bungalow. The walls are painted render. Large patches of paint are lifting off the rendered surface, looking like large bubbles. It looks as if water is getting behind the paint when it rains and causing it. The job involves removing this lifting paint, preparing the surface with whatever is needed to prevent this happening again (fungicidal wash? sealant?), and re-painting the walls. This is my mother's house, and I'm asking for responses on her behalf.
