Job description:Lounge and stairs (which are in the lounge) main area approx 15ft by 13ft. Need lounge stairs and top of stairs (small area) decorating. Not sure if I want paint or wallpaper. Need advise. Lounge has wallpaper on it already which I painted over a couple of years ago. Wall up the stairs is painted.
