Job description:New build (2005) one bedroom flat needs slight updating due to wear and tear in the bathroom and kitchen: The small bathroom needs repainting and possibly some minor plastering work on the ceiling. The small kitchen also needs repainting and some tiling too. Would like someone who is a careful, clean and trustworthy painter and decorator to carry out the work for a reasonable price.
