Job description:Lounge approx 14ft x 11ft. No plastering but some smoothing over needed with 'Smoothover'. All paper off. Needs papering and door and skirting needs painting.Lounge has 2 windows and large folding door leading to dining area (doesn't need painting as mahogoney finish).
