Job description:Painting the front elevation of a two-storey, pebble-dashed terraced house. The pebbledash has not been painted before. The frontage is about 6m wide, and the property has a full height bay window, which is topped with a gable (pebbledash in the gable also to be painted, but not the fascias, soffits, guttering or window frames). Also stripping, filling and repainting the outside of the front door, door frame and rectangular fanlight (we think this is original 1930s woodwork and not in great condition). Please show the woodwork as a separate item on the quote.
