Paint and decorate small bedroom with some plastering in Rodway

Job description:Room has had wallpaper stripped off and the room is cleared and all carpets etc will be replaced so no need for dust sheets etc. Unfortunately some of the top skim of the plaster has come away so would imagine that the top skim of plaster would need to be redone. Were after all woodwork (including door), ceiling and walls being painted, was originally hoping to use lining paper and then painting on top of that. Light fitting in the ceiling will be moved and there will therefore need a repair to the ceiling, sockets will be recessed into the wall and therefore there may be some plaster repair around these. Also new double glazed window has been fitted so some small repairs to the plaster will be needed here. Room dimensions W2.16mxL3.43mxH2.3m
