Job description:4 rooms, painting walls and ceilings, filling and painting skirtings. rooms average 16 x 14. Subsidence work has been done (cracking to walls fixed and plastered). Finishing required after unplanned but necessary rewire.
Work needs to be completed as quickly as possible after electricals.
