Job description:Standard semi-detached house in W-O-T, Bristol. Walls are rendered and already painted yellow/magnolia. Want re-painted in similar colour. There are a few cracks that need filling. There is a conservatory at the back, but it has a low-pitched roof that can be stood on. Fascia boards also in need of painting. Please can you quote separately for this as also considering replacement uPVC cladding. Many thanks.
