Landings and stairways over three floors need painting, wallpapaer to be removed and some patching up, (poosible small amount of rendering) pine stairs to be varnished, ? some kind of covering for treads, (not caarpet). Carpet to be removed from bottom stairway and repainted, ?covering to tread
