Job description:We have had an offer on a house accepted and before exchange we need to get advice and a cost for someone to repaint the exterior of the end of terrace 2 bed house (fairly small 2 up-2 down!), it is an old property (1830) so fully rendered and we think requires lime based paint (but open to advice). It looks like ordinary masonary paint was used last time it was done and has flaked in places. So we guess it will need sanding, maybe a few fills and then to be repainted. We need the whole house doing (front, back and up to top of gable end). Advice welcome!
