Job description:• Clean all surfaces to be painted • Remove all loose and defective coatings • Treat any mould algae, lichen or moss with fungicidal wash • Sand down all glossy surfaces • Harden any soft or rotten wood (replace if necessary) and fill damage with epoxy filler.. • Apply Dulux Weathershield preservative basecoat plus to all bare wood • Finish with 2 coats Dulux Weathershield Ultimate Opaque (white) In addition • Clean out and wash down gutters • Clean UPVC cladding at front of house
