Job description:We have wooden framed windows on our house (20 year old house). The paint on the window frames needs maintenance, i.e. sanding, preparing and painting. The paint isn't in too bad shape, so it certainty does not need to be stripped down to the wood. It is a 3 bedroom house with 9 windows. Only the outside needs to be done. Can I please have a realistic quote? (I assume the tradesman has a ladder to get access to second floor windows.)
