Job description:Due to recent flooding from the flat above, my 1 bed ground floor flat needs extensive decoration following drying out. This includes ceiling replacement, ceiling repair, flooring replacement, kitchen unit replacement and wallpapering/painting in living room, bedroom, hallway, bathroom and kitchen. This is a fairly extensive job and may require further work e.g plasterboard replacement should additional damage be identified. Floors in hallway and bathroom have suffered water damage and decoration has been damaged by dampness following flood as well as initial water seepage.
