Job description:room 1 -approx 3mx 3.5m ceiling, walls, skirting, door and radiator to be painted. UPVC window . Wooden sill also to be painted. a few fine cracks to be filled otherwise good condition. room 2 - approx 4m x 3.5m with bay window UPVC and fitted furniture. Ceiling, radiator, skirtings and door to be painted, walls to be stripped and re-papered. Minor filling also needed. This room also in good condition
