To safely strip lead paint from a wooden staircase and repaint. in Tongwynlais

Job description:Entire staircase is coated in lead paint and overpainted with non lead paint. I would like all paint to be stripped back to wood and then recoated in modern eggshell paint. The stairs will be carpeted but carpet will be removed prior to the job.
