Job description:Complete internal decoration of neglected ground floor flat including thorough preparation.(except bathroom and one wall in kitchen.) 2 bedrooms, large living room, one small internal hall and small entrance hall. 6 room doors and 18 small cupboard doors. The property has recently been occupied by two creaky senior citizens and is gradually being refurbished.
