Job description:Some prep. done ~ painter had heart problems, so unfinished ~ help! We have paint. Replace 2 window panes + putty in. Make good parts of 5 window cills, fill cracks. Sand and clean down woodwork + prime as necessary . Apply undercoat + 2 coats gloss to : 1 door + 2 door surrounds, 5 early Victorian sash windows 1.1 x1.3m + surrounds, 1 fixed Georgian window c.1.5x1.3m + 1 x 3 pane fixed 'shop' window c.1.8 x 2.5m + surrounds, gable end barge boards (spanning c.4m width), gutters + 2 downpipes. Clean and prepare render for 2 coats Weathershield paint. Finish base plinth with 2 coats bitumen paint.
