Job description:Contract based in Colchester. Teams of 3/4 tradesmen with own vehicle and phone. Must have cscs cards and one of the team must be certified to use a cherry picker. We pay on a schedule of rates and this will be sent to you when you reply. You will be given a pilot property to start immediately and if all goes well more properties will be readily available. All subbies must be good communicators and be efficient, tidy workers. The properties are all residential social housing which require all of the above criteria when applying.
