Job description:thru lounge,2 chimney breasts,feature wall paper between,plus each side.small amount of plaster work involved.repaint ceiling and coving.lining paper on rest of walls then paint with vinyl silk?? one layer of wall paper 2 b removed on all of walls.small under stair door 2 b glossed. 3 internal doors and skirting refresh?.room is 30foot by 15 plus under stair alcove 3 foot by 12. all measurements approx. mid terrace property.
