Job description:I have 3 bedrooms needed to be decorated as listed below: - Proposed Bedroom remove sink and cap off pipework below floor (if able to do plumbing) close and board off loft hatch plaster off, repair ceiling cracks, possibly skim over ceiling all if required remove wallpaper check wall plaster, repair, and re-plaster/skim where poor plaster adhesion is evident (ie. loose, unbonded plaster to walls) sand down, filler any gaps..etc on skirting boards, prime and paint gloss coat straighten electric sockets on walls before decorating paint radiator paint ceiling and walls ? base coat primer / top coat on walls prime / paint gloss on door frames Passageway repair and build loft hatch in passageway ceiling, with hatch cover (use old hatch cover plaster off, repair ceiling, possibly skim over (if and where required) remove wallpaper from ceiling and walls check wall plaster, repair, and re-plaster sand down, filler any gaps..etc on skirting boards, prime and paint gloss coat - paint ceiling and walls ? base coat primer / top coat on walls sand, prime and paint gloss coat on door frames Guest Bedroom (present) remove sink and cap off pipework below floor (if able to do plumbing) remove ceiling tiles, adhesive (might need skimming to smooth off) remove wallpaper check wall plaster, repair, and re-plaster/skim where poor plaster adhesion is evident (ie. loose, unbonded plaster to walls) sand down, filler any gaps..etc on skirting boards, prime and paint gloss coat paint radiator paint ceiling and walls ? base coat primer / top coat on walls coving to be fitted all around Study Bedroom Prepare / skim ceiling to smooth Align / sand down, prime and top coat skirting boards Remove sink and cap off pipework below floor Remove wallpaper, prep walls, plaster / skim where required Paint ceiling and walls base coat and top coat
