Internal total redecoration of three bedroom house in St Michael's

Job description:Total internal painting including removal of all old wallpaper. Needs Kitchen, Lounge, dining room, Hallway, first floor landing, two double bedrooms, second floor stairs and second floor bedroom. Also want all skirting boards gloss painted and door frames. Doors and windows do not require painting. The property is a let property and has not been painted for circa four years. Just requires gloss on skirting and then neutral paint throughout. Unsure about condition of plaster behind wallpaper, would prefer walls to be lined and painted rather than replastered but open to suggestions on this.
