Job description:Hall, stairs and Landing (Basic 1959 3 bed semi layout) Replace existing (brick/breeze block?) bannisters with spindles. Paint all doors (8. 1 will need replacing) POSSIBLY replace all skirtings and architraving - shabby condition) Current wallpaper is textured to hide lumps and bumps - will need advice about plastering or alternatives.
