Job description:TO PAINT THROUGHOUT Lobby / Main Entrance Area - 8.4m x 2.4m First Floor Mid Landing Area - 2.8m x 2.6m First Floor Main Landing Area - 2.8m x 2.6m Second Floor Mid Landing Area - 2.8m x 2.6m Second Floor Main Landing Area - 2.8m x 2.6m All Wooden Hand Rails and Metal Stair Railings. All sizes shown are approximate floor areas, i.e. ceilings, with average ceiling height being 2m throughout the development. This varies on stairwell sections. Paint Colours: Trade Magnolia paint for main walls in stairwell. Trade White paint for window wall sections and ceilings. Trade White paint for box paneling and skirting. Trade Black paint for lower carpet skirting, all wooden hand rails and metal stair railings.
