Job description:the house is an end terrace. It has 3 bedrooms (attic room already painted) and two flights of stairs. The three first floor bedrooms need painting throughout, including gloss work. The bathroom also needs painting. The landing and stairs, through to the hallway all need painting. walls may be paper-lined already. The lounge/diner will need painting, as will the kitchen. I may also have done the gloss work for the landing, hall and stairs, but please assume that these need to be included in the quote. All walls will be ready for painting, having been treated with a miss-coat where needed. thanks Jim
