Job description:Hall, Stairs & Landing of an upstairs flat. Very small step in entrance with stairs directly to left, leading to a landing of approx 12' by 6' with 6 doors in it. Some filling required where pictures have been hung with nails. Paint all walls and ceiling, satin gloss all door frames & doors and skirting boards, as well as exposed stair parts on 13 rise stairs. This is my mother's flat in Fleetwood and I want to get a ball park figure before I approach her about it
