Job description:General internal repaint and tidy up of small 3 bedroomed cottage, including painting walls, internal door frames, internal doors, skirtings and ceiling. Walls are plasterboard, no papering required. 3 small bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, small hallway and stairwell. No doors or windows required. Last painted some 4 years ago. Not bad condition, average to good in some rooms. Kids bedrooms worst although no real damage to walls.
