Job description:Property was built 10 years ago. Timber windows, doors and roof soffits were varnished. Finish is starting to deteriorate and needs renewing. Detached garage with door, window and soffits also needs re-varnishing. Large detached dormer bungalow, easy access and parking. Property belongs to my mother. I am responsible for her household affairs.
