Job description:It's quite a large 2 bed mid-terrace house (not flat) on Trevethick Street. Large open-plan kitchen/diner to be re-painted (decorator to buy paint, some paper to be stripped). Top half of small kitchen to be repainted. Wallpaper from one medium size bedroom to be stripped and room painted. Small amount of wall next to stair rail to be painted. Curtain hooks to be refitted (very small job). Tiles removed from main bedroom window sill and new window sill to be fitted. Few extra bits of painting around the house. Bathroom tiles to be cleaned of mould. Carpet downstairs (and maybe upstairs) to be washed. Small hole at bottom of stairs to be filled. Window sill at back of open plan room to be stripped and painted.
