Job description:External paintwork for 4-bedroom Lawrence with large extension(similar size to original house). Mainly eaves + rendering round PVC windows. Also bits of porch, 2 wooden doors, say 40 feet of wrought iron fencing, a wrought iron double-gate (some rust). House is in exposed location so want high class preparation and materials so job will last well. If good job, lots of follow-on inside painting&decorating work available.
