Job description:old tenement flat with high ceilings. Both rooms are fairly large and will require the ceiling to be painted, the back room was used by the previous occupant as a studio and he smoked in there too so it will probably require a few coats. All the woodwork will also need to be glossed. We are looking for both rooms to be painted with one wall of paper in the main bedroom.
