Job description:Tenement Flat needing internal painting - Walls (but not skirting boards, walls approx 10' high) & Ceiling in following rooms: Hallway, Living Room (approx. 10\'x20\'), Master Bedroom (approx. 18\'x9\'), Bedroom 2 (approx. 13\'x11\'), Ceiling Only in bathroom (Approx. 8\'x7\'). Please quote excluding cost of paint if possible. I am also considering glossing skirting boards in rooms detailed above if you wish to provide a 2nd quote including this.
