Job description:We want the hall, stairs and landing papered which we will be providing, the paint work ie maybe 8 door frames painted, banister is stained don't know if that will need to be freshened up or if we will do that. Skirting is stained aswell ? that. As we don't know much about charges this budget can go up a bit if necessary but we don't want to get ripped off.
