Job description:Studio flat near centre of Halesowen with separate kitchen and bathroom plus hallway. Require all woodwork gloss painting and walls emulsioned plus inside of airing cupboard and wardrobe space. There are 5 internal doors and 3 sliding wardrobe doors, all skirting boards and 3 windowsills to gloss. No windows to paint. There are pipes to the 3 radiators in the kitchen and lounge area that have flaking paint. The doors/skirting do not appear to have been painted for some time although they have been washed recently. Most of the walls have been papered and emulsioned already but need re-painting. There are pipes to paint in the bathroom. I have not lived here long and do not have lots of furniture but the space is limited and furniture would have to be moved around. Would like an estimate of cost and when work could be carried out please.
