Job description:Paper 1 wall (3.5metres x 2.4metres) with patterned wall paper. Paint remaining 3 walls in Natural Hessian, Ceiling in Matt White and gloss skirts in white. Room roughly 3.5metres x 5.5metres. Walls are all in good condition and are only covered in magnolia decorators paint so a blank canvass. Some 'pop' holes in the ceiling will need filling and the odd slight crack in the plaster due to movement (new build house)
