Job description:paint windows in cream and exterior frames in green, 3 storeys 15 windows some double some single. Remove all excess paint previous painter left (substantial). Stain double garage doors - will obviously need sanding down as previous stain is darker than one to be applied. Double wrought iron gates to be painted, dark green with gold trim (some loose paint flaking)
