Job description:I have a flat that needs some refurbishment working doing before it can be re-let. As far as I understand it the following work is required: Bathroom: improving the ventilation to prevent the build up of mould that is occurring, redecoration of bathroom walls and ceiling. Lounge: relaying or fixing the laminate flooring. Bedroom: redecoration to fix the peeling wallpaper
