Job description:Lounge needs base coat and final colour. Has one door frame that needs glossing and and one patio door surround also need gloss. Dining room needs final coat only. One window and one patio door that need gloss. Two doorways also need gloss applied to surrounds. Hall stairs and landing is 99% clear of old wallpaper etc. Walls need rubbing down so good finish is obtained. Base and final coats needed. 8 doors of h,s and l in total all require gloss to surrounds. No doors require painting throughout entire house as they are all natural wood. Three doors need rehanging and standard door latches/handles replaced. Upstairs bannisters need painting. Approx dimensions: Lounge 18 x 12 Dining Room 15 x 12 hallway 4 widening to 6 x 16 landing 4 x 14 All paint can be provided Keen to get this done ASAP, so ability to start soon preferred. Our est is approx 3-4 days work? More work if good job done eg. bedroom needs wall paper removed, painting and simple refit and another room downstairs the same, but probably not for a week or two after. Thanks Rob
