Job description:I am hopefully purchasing an apartment in Bamford. It was built just a few years ago but is in need of decorating due to normal wear and tear. The overall condition appears soiund and good. All of the walls are emulsioned and I would simply want them re-emulsioned and the gloss work done. As part of the job I would also want a fitted corner desk unit, a cupboard which has been fixed to the wall and two over radiator shelves removed. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 partially tiled bathooms, an entrance hall, stairwell (this is a duplex apartment), living room (27ft x 17ft) and kitchen (fitted and tiled so just the ceiling to paint). No doors need painting - they are all natural wooden colour. I would really like this job to be done as soon as completion takes place and before any furniture is moved in (it will be a 2nd home so we don't need to move in immediately).
