Job description:Med size kitchen. Strip ceiling, repaper (or skim) and repaint. Undercoat and white satin one window sill and reveal. Sand, fill/caulk and white satin one door frame and door. Skim one wall following leak and repaint room. Light sanding to archway and one wall in very small utility room as slight water damage to paint. Stainstop and repaint additional ceiling to utility room and repaint walls to utility once sanded where necessary. Price to include materials and VAT if necessary. Quotes in writing asap (by Friday if possible) to send to insurance company.
