Job description:I have a small hard to reach area of painting on one wall above a picture rail over some stairs that needs painting. The area is approximately 3ft x 18ft. The paint is gloss and it is to go over an original plaster frieze which is in good condition. The rest of the room was painted with 2 coats and was no problem, the issue with this is simply being unable to reach.
