I need two bedrooms painting ( walls, ceilings & skirting boards), they both have damp on the walls in Kilnsea

Job description:no windows, 2 doors, first room roughly 13 x 10 (feet) with large window covering most of one wall, second room roughly 16x13 (feet) with one large window and one small, most of one wall has sliding wardrobe and door. The rooms both have mould growing but in the other rooms i have cleaned this usually just cleans off.
