Job description:I have a standard size terraced house I want to rent out but haven't time to finish it. It's mainly painting internal wall and ceiling of living/dining room, and doors/skirting in there and in a bedroom. Also repair 3 doors and clean up garden. Really just a few bits and pieces to enable it to be rentable. Would prefer to have it completed within the next month.
