Job description: THRU LOUNGE-----Paint over exisitng blown vinyl OR remove existing wallpaper - line walls and repaint. Paint ceilings, skirting and doors. Restain wooden window frames. Fitted carpet to be removed and ? disposed of. Remove radiators new ones will be installed. Possibly paint MDF fire surround. HALL STAIRS AND LANDING Repaint (over existing blown vinyl) walls, paint ceiling and doors. Restain street door frame. Remove fitted carpet and disposed of.
