Job description:Back Gate Area �?� Remove capping from both panels and replace with new treated timber capping �?� Supply and securely fix 2 x treated timber rails to one side of fencing @ entire length of panels (3�?? x 2�?? timber) �?� Remove rotten gate and replace with new 900mm x 1800mm gate (to include new gate furniture) �?� Remove both fixing posts (to include removal of concrete post also) replace with new 100mm x 100mm posts �?� Remove broken fence panel to right of gate and replace with new 6�?? x 6�?? panel Re-point of Mortar (below first floor lintel) �?� Clean out joints and replace mortar �?� Repair interior crack and finish Back Door �?� Prepare both frame & door for painting by removing all flaking paint. Sand and fill where required �?� Apply primer, u/coat and white gloss to door frame �?� Apply primer, u/coat and Sage Green satin finish paint to door Bathroom Ceiling �?� Remove where possible water stains on ceiling and apply one coat of stain block to cover �?� Apply 2 coats of white bathroom paint to ceiling Hallway �?� Prepare walls above dado rail for painting, fill, sand & caulk where required �?� Prepare all woodwork for painting �?? door frames (inward facing only) all previously painted doors on both sides, skirting boards, landing cupboard, doors to cupboard under the stairs, banister rail & spindles �?� Apply 2 coats of white matt emulsion to ceilings �?� Apply u/coat to all previously prepared woodwork �?� Apply 2 coats of Purely Shell Dulux Matt Emulsion to walls above Dado Rail �?� Apply 2 coats of Mellow Mocha Dulux Matt Emulsion to walls under Dado Rail �?� Apply final coat to all previously painted woodwork with white satin paint Exterior Porch Area �?� Remove flaking plaster and paint from walls, fill with exterior filler and sand smooth �?� Prepare woodwork i.e. front door and frame for painting �?� Apply 2 coats of white masonry paint to walls in porch �?� Apply u/coat and white gloss to door frame �?� Apply u/coat and Dulux Sage Green satin finish paint to front door Exterior Front of House �?� Prepare all listed areas for painting i.e. windowsills, porch arch with feature and metre box by removing flaking paint and making good with filler. Sand to finish �?� Paint above areas with 2 coats of white masonry paint except metre box which requires acrylic primer then top coat �?� Re-hang iron front gate
