Job description:this is a 6th floor flat in inner city Leeds behind the Hilton hotel. Appartments are called BLUE. I need hallway, 2 bedrooms( 2.4mx4.5m and 2.7mx5m) en-suite and bathroom painted and kitchen/lounge. Matt emulsion. All doors need rubbing down and painted white gloss. Purpose is to rent the flat out. put plinth in kitchen where washing machine is and paint it.
