Job description:Stairway and landing need to be re- papered along with two downstairs rooms. Coving will need to be put up in each room and landing. Old wallpaper to be removed and all woodwork including the staircase, skirting and door frames to be painted. A new door to be fitted and painted and stairs to be repaired permanently. Laminate flooring to be fitted to the two rooms only. Radiators to be replaced with new ones of which one is to be moved to a different wall. There is also a gas fire that requires removal from a chimney (not to be replaced but the wall to be made right). Finally new lighting to be put up and a new electrical socket to be placed on a wall where there are no existing ones. Please note, all work must be under a written contract with a deposit paid up front and then the balance upon completion of work to my satisfaction. Plumbing and electrical work to be carried out by qualified persons only.
